Holiday lettings and long term rentals alike, we can assess the marketing situation and offer property owners an honest realistic assessment of their rental income.
Training and Support
We provide a full 3 week training course. During this we will visit the other offices to how their operation is run and at the end of the course we will leave you to run one of the offices for 2 days and deal with the day to day issues. Once you are established and confident in running the business and managing the properties and clients we will have a further 2 days course dedicated to marketing the properties. Until that point the marketing of your properties is done by Head Office until you are confident to take up the reins.
Daily phone calls, emails and assistance are available from Head Office. While you don't need to speak Arabic to consider this franchise, a splattering of words will help. But you do need to live in Morocco or want to relocate to Morocco to run this business. An understanding of French will certainly help.
