About UsThe Cold Calling Club was set up as a direct result of experiencing the poor quality of telemarketing and lead generation companies in the UK. We found that many call centres use cheap, badly trained staff in huge noisy call centres who are driven to make large volumes of calls. This results in poor results, staff abruptly hanging up and a poor image of the company they are supposed to be representing.
The Cold Calling Club is totally different, our "boutique" sized local offices use well trained sales professionals who always provide a positive ecounter with our clients brands. Typically based around premises with three or four outgoing telephone lines and dealing with local business people we have become a trusted lead generation partner for our clients. Fundamentally our business is based around ethical practice and creating and managing positive and lasting relationships both for our clients, their customers and ourselves.
The business can be started as an owner operator business from home, or as a management business format employing other people to physically manage the telephone work. Either way we have a low overhead business model that works for our clients and is proven to be profitable for you.
Training and Support
Our management team has a background in business to business sales training and over 19 years experience in the franchise industry. As a result we are provide industry leading training and mentoring from Day 1 and on an ongoing basis.
Financial InformationOur franchise fee is £16,825 plus vat and includes a significant guarantee that you will receive your first clients, provided by us, within the first month of operation. The earning potential depends upon the scale of the business you wish to run, e.g an owner operator, working alone can expect sales of around £30-40,000 p.a. where as a management franchise can scale the business to a much larger concern with a six figure turnover.

We are looking for professional people with good communication skills and the desire to work within their local business community. Ideally you will have some commercial experience and/or exposure to business life, but provided that you are articulate and able to get on with people from all walks of life then, with your commitment to learn new skills, we will train you and support you as your business becomes established. In the process you will learn new skills that will last you a lifetime.
